Service: travel and save money App Reviews

I found this app and figured I had nothing to lose in trying to get a company to complete their work. I had run out of steam calling and getting no where. So our representative was able to contact them repeatedly and attempted to set up meetings, which resulted in no shows which was typical of this company. However, the peristance on from Service helped move things along. The company has contacted an attorney now and Service is no longer able to assist, but I am grateful that at least there is hope that the company is taking this more seriously. Would highly recommend...especially now while it is free to use! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would be willing to pay for it in some circumstances.

This app is GREAT. If you can snag Casey youre in luck. She is the most patient yet persistent person Ive had the pleasure of doing business with in some time. She is compassionate, understanding and resourceful. She great at keeping your information straight so that no many how many times they ask for the same information she has it at her fingertips. Keep up the good work

First time using Service & it was a home run! I had ordered a salad on an Amtrak & when I was eating it , it became clear the bottom of the salad was frozen solid . The attendant in the dining car would not refund my $8.25, saying it was policy because I had consumed a portion . Realizing how ridiculous & wrong this was , I contacted Service. I provided my ticket #, & photos of said salad. Kait at Service communicated very well with me along the way & was able to get me a $25.00 voucher from Amtrak! Im amazed , thrilled & completely satisfied ! Yay Kait!!

On our (impromptu) wedding day our flight was delayed by 4 hours so we decided to ditch the flight and drive. I had struggled for 3 hours (mostly on hold) to get the airline to refund my money. I then essentially gave up until I found this app. Kait, the person assigned to help me, pushed and prodded all the different companies involved till I got the $691 refunded to my credit card. This app is incredible. Thanks so much!!!

Adam saved me at least $2-3k from pesky Comcast ("Con"cast). I love Service!

I was leery about this app and how it would work, but my issues was resolved within 1 week, and I didnt have to deal with customer service. In addition my rep didnt make me waste my time and handled my requests well. Pleasantly surprised.

Service is easy to use and free! They took care of my T-mobile billing problem that I literally called 5 times trying to fix and wasted a huge amount of time on. One quick call with service and they took care of business. To top it off, they negotiated a $200 credit with T-mobile as an apology for my wasted time. Simply awesome.

After a miserable experience on a major airline carrier, and after hours of trying myself to get some satisfaction from their customer service department (ha!) I was lucky enough to find this Service App! Not only did they manage get some answers regarding the situation, they were able to get travel vouchers for me and the 3 friends flying with me ! Not, that I want to encounter more poor customer service, its inevitable however, the first thing I will do is use this SERVICE APP!

Seriously, this app is awesome. Their team has already save he hundreds of dollars and hours of hassle. Everyone should have this app, and use it to settle their customer service problems, the team at service is amazing!

Most recent update logged me out. App is simple and fairly streamlined. Its cool that it has 3D Touch. But it fails to have TouchID to protect sensitive data. Thatd be nice (kill the password, ha ha).

App launches on iPhone 6s Plus running OS 9.3.3, but will not create an account. Sign in with Facebook? Good. Create an account? No, must fill in phone number. Fill in phone number? Okay, create account? CRASH! Im not sure if this app will do anything but steal your FB login information at this time. If you want service from Service, you must have an account. To have an account, you must... go back to step 1. Ugh.

Crashes at various times , took multiple tries to create account , and crashes while chatting . Great idea - hope quality improves soon

I am not sure what they are trying to accomplish, they were less helpful than American Airlines which takes commitment to being unhelpful.

App crashes as soon as I try to submit my account registration. Please fix. The app sounds cool but doesnt function.

I love this app because I work full-time and its very hard for me during business hours to complain, fix, change, or update certain things that occurred to me with different businesses. This apps service is quick fast and free!

The app is magic. The team behind the app is magic. Theres glitter and happiness everywhere. We were in a last-minute bind and they dug us out when we couldnt. Wonderful!
