Very attentive and Persistent when you cant be...

I found this app and figured I had nothing to lose in trying to get a company to complete their work. I had run out of steam calling and getting no where. So our representative was able to contact them repeatedly and attempted to set up meetings, which resulted in no shows which was typical of this company. However, the peristance on from Service helped move things along. The company has contacted an attorney now and Service is no longer able to assist, but I am grateful that at least there is hope that the company is taking this more seriously. Would highly recommend...especially now while it is free to use! I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would be willing to pay for it in some circumstances.
