They got me back $691!!!

On our (impromptu) wedding day our flight was delayed by 4 hours so we decided to ditch the flight and drive.

I had struggled for 3 hours (mostly on hold) to get the airline to refund my money.

I then essentially gave up until I found this app. Kait, the person assigned to help me, pushed and prodded all the different companies involved till I got the $691 refunded to my credit card.
