First time using Service & it was a home run!
I had ordered a salad on an Amtrak & when I was eating it , it became clear the bottom of the salad was frozen solid . The attendant in the dining car would not refund my $8.25, saying it was policy because I had consumed a portion . Realizing how ridiculous & wrong this was , I contacted Service. I provided my ticket #, & photos of said salad. Kait at Service communicated very well with me along the way & was able to get me a $25.00 voucher from Amtrak! Im amazed , thrilled & completely satisfied ! Yay Kait!!
