Anyone whos called AT&T knows how much of a pain it is, and on their first try they got me a bill credit after some service issues in my area! Very pleased!

Who pays?

How does this service have staff? Who pays? I am so wary about that, that I will not give away my personal information. Anyone know WHY this works or HOW it works? If I dont pay, then who does? Thats the way the world works.

Needs some work

First they said they are under staffed (probably should have started with a soft launch then) Second after waiting about 5 days they were unable to resolve my case. So it didnt really help me. Ill probably try again next time I need to contact customer service though. Also not sure how theyre making revenue.

Amazing app, amazing results

Many thanks to Service -- they got me a brand new drinking fountain for my dog, a $70 value, when my original stopped functioning. Just gave them some info and they took care of the rest. Nothing but great things to say about this app.

Pointless

This is the most pointless ridiculous time-consuming app Ive ever experienced. They claim to be a mediator between you and the company you had bad service with. All you do, is spend time going back-and-forth texting when you couldve solved the problem yourself directly with the manager and even then, the managers lie to them, so what is the point? they dont help you at all. I do not recommend downloading this app or wasting your time.

In the end, it doesnt do what it promises

They couldnt solve my issue, they just closed my ticket. Their response time is very long per message, they frequently got the request wrong, they did nothing more than just emailing the company (I can email too— Im using this because I want a more powerful incentive to resolve). Im sympathetic to the effort spent, but they add no value over reaching out to customer service yourself as they will just act as a relay between their service and them, absolutely nothing more.

Amazed

I was skeptical. But they are legit. I had ordered something from a company overseas and never received it. All calls went to a disconnected line. Emails went unanswered. I had written it off but found this app and gave it a shot. They worked and worked and actually found the company that took it over and got me an in store credit. My stuff arrived today. Totally amazed.

Just contact directly

Its been over a month since I opened my case and nothing has been resolved by this app. I contacted united airlines directly and they gave me a voucher within a few days. Dont waste your time with this app.

Saved me valuable time with my family

I work a lot hours away from home during the week and could have spent hours on the phone addressing a warranty issue, but you guys saved the day for me!!!! As an added benefit I was able to spend the day with my wife and children!!! Thanks Service

Great results dealing with airline

Im sure results vary and anyone under a tight timeline may not be satisfied, but Service resolved my issue within 4 days and got me an ideal outcome. My flight was changed by the airline, which added an extra layover, and they managed to remove the layover while keeping almost identical flight times. Super satisfied.

This app Service is the real deal...

Heard about the app while watching CNN, was unclear on how they would mitigate my issue with no charge to me. Well, there is no catch. I have used Service twice to resolve issues - both times with success. The first time they solved an issue regarding my Roomba, and the second time an issue I had with a major airline. They are awesome and I would recommend their services to anyone!

This service is phenomenal! You just drop a problem in their lap and they deal with it. No waiting on hold or fighting customer service reps. Awesome!

Wow

First review ever written on the store for me but Service made it worth it. They dealt with American Airlines for me, a feat in and of itself, and got exactly what I was looking for...and it wasnt the most straightforward issue. Probably saved me 30+ mins and a total headache. Highly recommend giving Service a try!

Great service

Very polite agents and they really work well on your cases. I had an issue that I was trying to resolve since a week. I contacted service and it was done in 4 hours. I am very happy with this

I cant believe this exists

My life just became exponentially easier. This app seriously handles issues with companies (delivery issues, overcharging issues) for you - for free. I even had an issue with iTunes & they were able to secure me a refund. It took 90 seconds of my time & they handled all the difficult stuff. Great UX. Friendly agents. Quick service. Cant believe its free!

Awesome experience using their service

I saw a video on the USA Today app (iPad) talking about this service. I was definitely skeptical. I tried their service and it was Awesome!! I had rented an SUV from a rental car company at SFO and when I got there to take possession they told me since I needed a 4 Wheel Drive they were going to charge me $50 per day extra. I felt helpless. I negotiated it down to $25 per day so that I could get going on my trip. I turned the receipts over to Get Service and they worked with the Car rental agency to get a complete refund back of the extra charges. They completed my service request within 1 day. The correspondences were very professional and timely. I would definitely use this service again when I have an issue. It was a WOW service experience. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Outsource Your Frustrations

This is, hands down, the best new app / company I’ve discovered in recent memory. I’ve never written an app review before (and my friends have even made apps, hah) so the fact that I’m writing one should be a testament to how awesome Service is. I even accidentally deleted the first draft of this review and took the time to rewrite it. Why do I feel so strongly about Service? They saved me hours and hours of dealing with USPS (the worst!) after a package from Japan got lost in the USPS black hole. Rather than having to call a bunch of times and get the runaround, I just explained the situation once to Kait at Service and she dealt with USPS. For me, it wasn’t just the time saved but more so the lack of frustration. The ultimate luxury is getting to avoid a hassle and that’s what Service provides for free. Not only did Service deal with USPS, when it looked like my package might have been returned to Japan, Kait reached out to the company I bought it from and had them investigate from their end. Throughout this entire process, Kait provided updates on the situation with a kind and friendly demeanor, the complete opposite of what would happen if I was having to follow up with USPS on my own. At the end, not only did I get my package, I also got back hours of happiness that would have been lost had I been dealing with USPS. SO, if you have any frustration with a company, you’d be foolish not to download Service and see if they can take care of it for you.
