Airline Travel Credit

After a miserable experience on a major airline carrier, and after hours of trying myself to get some satisfaction from their customer service department (ha!) I was lucky enough to find this Service App! Not only did they manage get some answers regarding the situation, they were able to get travel vouchers for me and the 3 friends flying with me !
Not, that I want to encounter more poor customer service, its inevitable however, the first thing I will do is use this SERVICE APP!

I dont know how they do it? about Service: travel and save money, v1.75
