The UX and UI are amazing!

Need Support For Canada?

This App seems like a great idea, but its very difficult to set up an account using an Email Address (I dont use Facebook). It keeps telling me that my Password is incorrect. I changed it, as directed, but still had trouble Signing In. It would then tell me that my Password is incorrect again and then Log me in after a few minutes anyway (the circle spinning upon logging in at the bottom of the screen, keeps turning and turning for quite awhile). After finally being able to Log In, and trying to enter all of the relevant information, Address, for example, does not allow for Suite Number, and theres nothing to click saying that the Billing Address is the same as the Mailing Address. The original Mailing Address you entered auto-deletes and just shows the Billing Address now? Again, does not allow for Suite/Unit/Apartment Numbers nor does it allow for a buzzer number anywhere in the Address area. Also, it asks for the last four numbers of your SSN (we dont have Social Security Numbers in Canada! We have Social Insurance Numbers, and the last digits are three digits and not four!). Also, Drivers License asks for State and City (tailored for U.S. Residents, as theres no where that shows Provinces in Canada). Once these get sorted out and Canada is added, this might be a great App to check out!

Friendly service and Amazing results!!!

This app is amazing. I couldnt get any customer service from Krispy Kreme after my husband got us a Valentines treat of creme filled donuts that were empty!! I sent a note on this app and they started helping right away. They also had a hard time getting an answer, but when they did, holy cow. A dozen of our donuts were empty and they have sent me coupons for 6 dozens free!!! 6!!!! They always updated their progress.I was really angry at Krispy Kreme but I guess Ill have to go back now :) If you have any issues with customer service anywhere, try this app for free. #custserv

Outstanding work!

I struggled for 5 months to no avail my own with a repair issue. Service stuck with it and within three weeks exceed all my expectations having had Whirlpool completely refund all my out of pocket expenses and the cost of the failed appliance. I could not be more impressed with the professionalism and the simplicity of this value added service. If you desire a fair and non punitive outcome, this is your app. Highly recommended.

Amazing time saver

Service is amazing! Have used it a few times now - was a super simple process, provided some basic info about what was wrong and what resolution I wanted and they handled the rest! Even persistently followed up with one company that seemingly didnt want to reply to email. Cant recommend them enough!

Couldnt be happier with my first expereince. Needed to resolve a express shipping issue with Walmart Canada, and the good folks at Service took it on. Not sure how long this service will be free - but take advantage of it while it is!

Easy, Friendly, and Tenacious

I dont typically review apps, but this one is impressive. I had an item to return and I had no time to follow up with the companies. The service agent was so helpful and persistent with my case. After getting the run around by these companies, I received my item. I am very grateful to this app and my Agent!

Great service bad app

The service is awesome, and the people are great. But the app is horrible. You cant scroll down to see messages because the keyboard is in the way. Poorly optimized.

Incredible app!!

I sent my problem to service this morning and by 1pm they got me a full refund! I had already called the company a few days ago and didnt get much of a resolution so figured Id try service, definitely going to use it again! Must try!!!

Should be called "Lack of Service" Yawn

I installed, I posted, and waited and waited and waited. No response. I dont understand how some reviewers had such great experience and I couldnt wake them up at all and got no service whatsoever!

Great app. Interface is easy and the service in general is the best. They helped me solve something that had been going on for months with ease.

Like magic

You tell the super nice customer service person your problem and they follow up on your behalf until your problem is resolved. My issue took two months trying to get money back from an airline (arguably the most difficult customer service problem to solve) and they did this for me and kept me updated every step of the way!!! I cant believe it worked. Incredible service and company so super impressed and happy to have found them.

Complete waste of time.

This is a complete waste of time. Spent over 3 weeks for Service to "negotiate" a worse outcome than I already had. They then decided that the case was resolved on their own without my consent. Id give this 0 stars if it was an option.

No Good

I agree with the first reviewer. I would give this app zero stars if it was possible. The experience started out well. It seemed that they were working on behalf. Then they must have decided the issue was "resolved" because all of my follow up questions/ requests were ignored. Dont bother, this app is a waste of time. Youre better off taking care of the issue yourself.

Took on Comcast and Won!!!

I have been dealing with Comcast over an issue for over 3 years and could not get anywhere. When I saw Service I figured I had nothing to lose. My expectations were low. Talk about blowing it out of the water. My rep Matt took ownership to a new level and spent weeks working on my case. He not only got my issue resolved but through his research ended up finding Comcast owed ME money. He got my issue resolved, got my money, AND followed through to make sure everything was in fact settled … in writing. I will DEFINITELY recommend Service to everyone I know!
