Such a great concept. Time is the one thing I cant seem to have enough of. Why waste precious minutes of your day being placed on hold and being bounced from person to person, when Service can do it for you & solve the issue? Thankfully, I came across Service during SXSW this spring...and Im so glad I did. They were able to help me resolve an issue with (an undisclosed) company. I highly recommend this app. Thank you, Service!

I took a chance with this app, not knowing anything about it other than what I read on the App store home page. I had an issue with one of my Guitar Hero Live guitars not functioning properly and had reached out to Activision with no reply. I figured Service didn’t cost me anything, so why not? I downloaded the app and was immediately asked a few questions (by a bot) to get the process started. Within a VERY short period of time I was contacted by Tina (a real human) who asked for some additional information. Tina even called to make sure I was receiving her messages within the app. Within a couple days, my issue is RESOLVED. I HIGHLY recommend the app and the service (pun intended) that Service provides. FAST, efficient, friendly, responsive and EFFECTIVE. Download this app today!

Not worth downloading . They are no help at all . I get more action doing it myself .

Opened a case but never got a response from the agent that handles it

I had been attempting to resolve an issue for 2 months. Within 2 days of me contacting service they were able to resolve it exactly the way I wanted. Will definitely use them again if I need to!

You try to explain your situation, but its just another jaded customer service rep that has the mentality of "us vs them" Not worth the download, not worth the effort. Go through your normal channels and youll get a faster, better result.

Best customer support of my life. At first I thought this was a hoax. Someone who would handle my complaints for free? No way....But now I stand corrected. I first tried to get a refund but didnt have any proof of purchase so they couldnt help me, but then I tried to cancel a subscription with a company that has been charging me for months. Within a day the account was closed and I got all my money back. Amazing! They are true customer support professionals! Thank you!

Unquestionably fake reviews. What business is going to discus a transaction with a random caller about a 3rd party ?? None. Its not even legal for most transactions. Even the BBB only connects customers with business they have issue with and acts as an arbitrator. I would be careful what personal data you give them.

App is simple and fairly streamlined. Its cool that it has 3D Touch. But it fails to have TouchID to protect sensitive data. Thatd be nice (kill the password, ha ha). Its a little slow, unresponsive at times (the app that is). It should be fast when clicking. It somehow created 2 reports for my 1 issue. Everything in the chat is the same. This seems like a bug.

I love this application! I didnt have to spend money and time on the phone with the companies I had problems with. I am really impressed with it!

I opened three cases two weeks ago. The first one they said they cannot represent me to deal with this issue. The second one hanged forever without any update. The third one they just told me to file a credit card dispute... which I already know and dont need them to tell me...

If youve ever been dissatisfied with a business because they didnt deliver on a promise and dont have the time to fight it, THIS app is for you! They got me an $80 credit on a Virgin America Airline screw up on something I thought was a lost cause! Service has friendly operators who know how to get stuff done. The app is easy to interact with and provides regular updates on your ticket. Id recommend this app to anyone who has ever complained about a business!

I really wanted to try this app out (in the emergency situation that I actually needed it) and now Im just disappointed. I say emergency situation because it is very rarely that I am so frustrated that I need to complain about the service I am receiving in the first-world country that I live in. I find it odd that there is the need for an app to help all the negative Nancys out there who would otherwise try to sabotage a company via a negative Yelp review. Rather then raging on Yelp why not call the company or the manager or someone important or write an email to fix your problem or voice your complaint? Why even whine and spread negativity all over Yelp? Why is there even a need for an app like Service? So my 3 star review is because this app requires not only your email and name but also your phone number simply to try it. Prompts you to sign in with an email or via Facebook. No clickable link to a privacy policy that states they wont sell my personal info or spam me. So until I know they wont spam me or sell my information I unfortunate wont be able to use it. See, a review can be given with constructive criticism and not always have to be the least amount of stars in an attempt to ruin the companies overall rating.

It took a little back-and-forth but so worth it. They just got me over $30 back that I’ve been trying to get back for a few months.

They helped me get my money back form fandango because I missed the move. It took a couple days but I was surprised when I got a notification they resolved it

Dont waste your time with this app or their service youre better off contacting the companys customer service that youre having an issue with because because I filed a complaint using the service against Tysons chicken the people that make the Tyson food because theyre checking I bought still have feathers on it and of course I dont keep my receipts buying groceries I threw it out and of course the food I throughout along with the bag and I filed his complaint on March 30 so I havent heard from them for two days so I wrote back are yall working on my case a lady response back saying they contacted me on March 30 which is a lie because I didnt get no instant message no email nothing but sure enough when this late response my phone goes off like crazy with email notifications and what not saying if I have the receipt to please email it to them along with some information off the food bag Im like who keeps the food bag or the receipt Im just wanting to file a complaint with the pictures I sent you all I think of the picture of the bag and the food and the lady has exes well without a receipt we cant help you so dont waste your time with this app or their service because their service is awful and go directly to the source.

Seemed to work fine (if taking way longer than expected) until the app and website stopped working, not allowing me to log in. The service team then closed my ticket leading to no resolution. Im ending up having to deal with customer service for service and this all takes more time than doing it myself making this app and website of service nearly redundant as of now. Disappointed, great concept but currently unusable.

I saw this on cnn and thought I should give it a try after dealing with an RV dealership unwilling to give my deposit back for over a month. After just two days of starting my case they were able to contact the company and get them to write me a check. I was so impressed. I was skeptical about it before but this app is definitely worth downloading. The woman who helped me was named kait. She was very nice and updated me every time she found something out. Ill be telling everyone I know to give it a try if they need this kind of help.
