Service: travel and save money App Reviews

I had a miserable experience with Southwest Airlines, crazy delays and cancelled flights. Thought I wouldnt get reimbursed for the troubles, and then I found Service. In a few quick questions, they had all the information they needed to advocate for me and ended up getting me a $200 voucher for my next flight! Took me 2 minutes to let them know what happened and then I just waited a week or so until they responded and told me $200 was coming my way! So amazing! They were super responsive the whole time, giving me frequent updates. Will definitely be using this app again when I get poor service. Highly recommend giving it a try, whats there to lose?!

I was dealing with a particularly difficult situation with a travel agency. Each time I called the agency, it was approximately 1 hour waiting to even speak with a rep. I solicited the help of Service who replied to me promptly and began contacting the agency on my behalf. This was much appreciated as it was quite difficult for me to continually contact the travel agency while working. The rep at Service was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. The app itself is great because it links up with your email. You can either reply in the apps chat or reply to emails (and your replies still appear in the chat). The same goes for sending documents - forwarding emails or attaching via the app work the same. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this app and Service - I know I will the next time an issue arises.

When my flight got delayed multiple times and upturned my vacation, a Service case manager took all my info and filed a complaint to American Airlines while I enjoyed my time off with my family. They kept me informed about the process and let me know when AA responded with compensation. Saved me slot of time and frustrated phone calls. Thanks!

This is absolutely amazing! Service got me credit back on a bad flight and I hate talking to airlines. Service was very quick and easy to use and, I couldnt believe that they exceeded my expectations. Thank you Tina, my helper, and thank you Service. Ive used Service once, when they helped me negotiate to get my money back from expedia when i was overcharged on hotel fees. I had been calling and communicating with expedia for a month and they were completely unresponsive. I shared the information with service and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to issue me a refund! Highly recommended!!

Service helped me get a refund from Uber when their support staff were being less than helpful. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I downloaded the app months ago but I had recently just decided to use them after spending countless hours on the phone with Verizon about not honoring promotions and activation fees from my original purchase online that ended up having to be completed over the phone. Service took care of everything and got me my $120.00 bill credit. Great service! I will be using them again! Thank you!

I told them the issue and they took it from there. With my job Im constantly in the air going place to place. Its hard to schedule time to call a company and resolve an issue. With this app, I filled out one form and they handled the rest! When it was all said and done, I had a credit in my account. Fantastic work. Job well done.

My hour long flight was delayed 4 hours, but Adam took care of it by getting me an airline voucher. Think of all the times a company owes you a refund or you need to change something and you dont go after it because you dont want to take the time. Have service do it for you! They just got me a $300 credit from United for a delayed flight, something I never would have bothered getting. Basically found money.

Downloaded the app, crashed on start up. Immediate uninstall.

This app will replace the better business bureau.

These people are complete liars and do not offer any type of service. I gave them two authentic situations with businesses that I needed help with and offered to pay them $34,00.00. They told me on both occasions to seek legal counsel that they cannot help with anything. This company is a fraud. Users beware they are scamming.

It saved me many hours of stressful calls (and brought my money back).

I used the service app after I had an issue with Virgin America messing up my booking. Not only were the able to fix the issue, but I was upgraded and awards a small voucher. It was great to outsource having to deal with Virgin America’s customer service. I will definitely use this app in the future as appropriate customer service issues arise!

I am so pleased with Service! I had issues with an airline because my luggage was put on a different flight, and Service dealt with my problem and was able to get the airline to reimburse me for my baggage fee. There was little I had to do from my end other than give Service flight information etc. Service managed everything smoothly and quickly - will definitely be using it again!!!

This is an amazing service. I had a reservation that Priceline messed up and refused to reimburse me. After numerous calls and emails with Priceline I was ready to give up, but then asked Service for help.. they took over my case and got me a full reimbursement within a couple of days. These guys are pros!
