Incredible service!

I downloaded the app months ago but I had recently just decided to use them after spending countless hours on the phone with Verizon about not honoring promotions and activation fees from my original purchase online that ended up having to be completed over the phone. Service took care of everything and got me my $120.00 bill credit. Great service! I will be using them again! Thank you!
