Awesome app!

I had a miserable experience with Southwest Airlines, crazy delays and cancelled flights. Thought I wouldnt get reimbursed for the troubles, and then I found Service.

In a few quick questions, they had all the information they needed to advocate for me and ended up getting me a $200 voucher for my next flight! Took me 2 minutes to let them know what happened and then I just waited a week or so until they responded and told me $200 was coming my way! So amazing! They were super responsive the whole time, giving me frequent updates.

Will definitely be using this app again when I get poor service. Highly recommend giving it a try, whats there to lose?!
