Everyone should be using this

I was dealing with a particularly difficult situation with a travel agency. Each time I called the agency, it was approximately 1 hour waiting to even speak with a rep. I solicited the help of Service who replied to me promptly and began contacting the agency on my behalf. This was much appreciated as it was quite difficult for me to continually contact the travel agency while working. The rep at Service was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. The app itself is great because it links up with your email. You can either reply in the apps chat or reply to emails (and your replies still appear in the chat). The same goes for sending documents - forwarding emails or attaching via the app work the same. I would definitely recommend everyone to use this app and Service - I know I will the next time an issue arises.
