They couldnt solve my issue, they just closed my ticket.
Their response time is very long per message, they frequently got the request wrong, they did nothing more than just emailing the company (I can email too— Im using this because I want a more powerful incentive to resolve). Im sympathetic to the effort spent, but they add no value over reaching out to customer service yourself as they will just act as a relay between their service and them, absolutely nothing more.
